What is Asset Tagging?
Asset tagging collects details such as serial number, manufacturer info, model number, photos, and the condition of a client's HVAC equipment, so that repairs or replacements can be managed and scheduled. Asset tagging benefits multi-family buildings, senior living communities, and hotels. Planned repairs and replacements save money and increase resident satisfaction.
Most asset tagging jobs are performed with a cell phone using Motili's Mobile App. You can also upload asset tagging photos and data from your cell phone to the Motili Contractor Platform. From your cell phone, open the work order, click the Assets tab, and upload the photos and other data.
A work order contains all the asset tagging data.
