Edit an Asset Tag (Mobile)
When you save an asset tag but required information is missing, you can edit the tag and fix it. Failed asset tags have a red status of Error and a red exclamation point.
Asset tag statuses:
- Error - The asset tag was synced but contains incorrect data, such as a duplicate QR code sticker. Tap the tag to read the error details, fix the error (for example, change the QR sticker), and retag the asset.
- Required - A previous asset that was tagged at the same property is missing information. Tap the tag and add the missing data.
- Queued - The contractor tagged the asset but the action has not yet been synced. The syncing can occur immediately if the contractor has connectivity or later when the contractor has a strong cell connection. When connectivity is restored, the asset tag is automatically synced.
- Completed - The asset tag is complete with no errors.
