Submit a Work Order (Mobile)

After you finish the job and upload the photos, you'll need to submit the work order to Motili for payment. All requirements must be met (checklists, photos, and asset tagging if required) on the work order in order to submit. If any of the requirements are not included, you cannot submit the work order.

  1. From the main Work Order page, scroll to the bottom.
  2. Tap Comments and type any important information that Motili should know about this job, then tap Back. Motili can also send you Comments and they also appear here.
    Comments are an easy way to add more detail to the Work Order, and Motili can respond to your comments.
  3. To add a photo of a permit, receipt, warranty, owner's manual, or checklist, tap Files.
    Tap Files to add receipts, permits, warranties, owner's manuals, or checklists.
    1. Locate the type of file and tap Add Photo.
    2. Tap Open Camera to take a photo or tap Open Library to choose an existing photo in your camera roll.
    3. When you're done, tap Back.
      After adding photos of a receipt, a permit, and an owner's manual, tap Back.
  4. Check out from the work order by tapping Checked In, Tap to Check Out.
  5. Tap Submit to send the work order to Motili for payment. After Motili approves it, you'll be paid for your labor and other parts as needed.
